The location was particularly advantageous, just a 25-minute walk from the town center and conveniently close to the bus station, making it accessible for exploring local heritage sites. The room was clean and well-maintained, featuring a spacious bed and an adequate bathroom that, despite its compact size, served its purpose effectively. I appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of complimentary tea and coffee, and the self-service check-in process was efficient, albeit requiring clear communication via email. Noise from neighboring guests was a notable concern that impacted my comfort. While the room was air-conditioned, the inability to open the window may be an issue for some. Allison House provides satisfactory amenities such as free toiletries and good heating, making it a practical choice for travelers who value both comfort and financial wisdom.
